I hold a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Business, which has given me a solid foundation in financial management, market analysis, and strategic planning—skills that I use to help clients make informed, smart investment decisions.

As a property owner myself, I’ve personally bought, sold, and successfully flipped multiple properties, gaining valuable hands-on experience with every step of the process. I’ve also owned and managed a long-term rental home, which has given me a deeper understanding of the local rental market and what it takes to maintain profitable real estate investments.
